save modified tree

Hi there,

Thanks for the amazing tool. I have an unrooted tree and I have used the transformation module to re-root the tree by midpoint. Now I want to save the modified tree, but using File -> Save -> Newick format (*.tre, *.nwk) does not preserve the changes. When I open the saved modified tree, it still shows as unrooted.

Any suggestions?
