An error is shown after creating a ConceptMap
Description
See TEST # 2: 190121 page on pyrog notion board The creation of conceptmap worked but:
- [ ] 1. this error is shown :
"Could not create CodeSystem: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2 Final//EN"> <title>500 Internal Server Error</title> <h1>Internal Server Error</h1> <p>The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.</p>" again

[ ] 2. When trying to remove the concept map : we have to refresh the page to see it beeing removed of the select

[ ] 3. When trying to remap the conceptmap, the created valueset doesn't appear in sources
Reproduction
- Try to create a concept map for Patient.gender for mimic for instance (can be reproduced by clicking on the "choose a concept map button", see screenshot)
- The error is shown when saving
- Then, try to remove the concept map
- Finally, try to recreate the concept map : the created ValueSet doesn't appear (already discussed with @tevariou and issue https://github.com/arkhn/pyrog/issues/398)
