Export extensions in additional ressources

Problem

When we export additional resources, the extensions are not in the additional resources bundle.

For now, only ConceptMaps and profiles are exported: https://github.com/arkhn/pyrog/blob/master/client/src/components/mapping/index.tsx

Priority

• Risk of loosing mapping on these extensions
• Avoid to loose time to import the mapping manually if the source must be imported on multiple environments
