Should we support again the feature to keep link between 2 fhirpaths with a common root?

As reported in https://github.com/arkhn/FHIR2Dataset/issues/65, and solved in corresponding features, we wanted to keep link between 2 fhirpaths with a common root.

The solution we came up with heavily depends on JS dependencies and affects considerably the runtime. It as therefore been disabled, as it concerns an advanced utilisation behavior, to better focus on efficiency and robustness.

Should we put it back?
