[BUG] Opening the Warband Bank crashes my client with ARK turned off for bank only

What version number you are using? 4.0.7

What game client are you playing? Retail, Wrath, Classic / Live, PTR, Beta Retail

What language is the game client set to? English

Describe the bug Opening the Warband Bank crashes my client.

To Reproduce

1. Turn off Bank Override in settings.
2. Use the Warband Bank Distance Inhibitor
3. Open it
4. ---> Crashes

Additional context I turned off the addon and opening my bank does not cause a crash. It only crashes with this addon. It worked for another character just fine, but this character will crash. Having the bags open before doesn't stop the crash either. Turning override back on will not trigger a crash.
