an option to hide the top menu items

Describe the solution you'd like I like more minimalistic look and so the addon provides that. However, I do not like the top menu icons so much as I do not use most of them (Refresh, Bag changer, Locations, Switch Character..etc) I prefer an option to hide certain elements and keep some others.

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Additional context This menu is also accessible from the upper left side (green bag icon) so I think it is not reasonable for me to have it appear twice. I rather hide them completely.
