Describe the bug Jeeves repairs not working

To Reproduce As the title suggests, placing Jeeves up and using the repair function throws an error and the trade window not opening, therefore can't repair or buy reagents

i think you were in combat at the time?

the new(ish) PlayerInteractionFrameManager has issues when a mod tries to open the window when youre in combat.

at least i think thats what the issue is. someone else reported an issue with vendors not opening when in combat, which iver verified, and jeeves is essentially a vendor.
