[BUG] Sometimes the "Lock" state will be ignored if you click the EMPTY Space inside one of the "Bars" (Window, Bars, Items)

What game client are you playing? Retail, Wrath, Classic / Live, PTR, Beta Retail

What language is the game client set to? en-us

Describe the bug Sometimes the "Lock state" of a Bag Window is ignored when clicking on one of the "Bars". It is still very Rare and also totally random when it happens but on the other side it is VERY annoying when the Bag moves accidentally and can not be moved back "quickly"!

To Reproduce This is VERY Random but can be reproduced by rapidly clicking the EMPTY space inside a Bar. The best result to reproduce is very fast clicking BOTH Mouse Buttons on an EMPTY Area inside one of the Bars!
