always display tabs in guild bank

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when... I have to turn on the bag changer when I open the guild bank and then turn it off again after I am done with it. I have this panel always turned off (unless I need to equip a new container). but every time I go to the guild bank I have to click bug changer in order to navigate to other tabs and then I have to click again to hide bug changer. every time - it is a bit annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like bug changer and guild tabs are not the same and should have different options available - maybe there are some already that I missed in the settings? solution suggestions:

1. to have the option to have tabs always shown for guild bank (ignoring the bag changer state [shown/hidden] altogether)
2. same as 1 but mandatory (without any options)
3. to have the option to trigger bag changer state on opening guild bank
   • if it is turned off turn it on opening the guild bank and turn it off on closing the guild bank
   • if it is turned on - no actions needed
