[BUG] 'Equipment (Soulbound)' Registering as just 'Equipment'

What version number you are using? v31012

What game client are you playing? Retail, Wrath, Classic / Live, PTR, Beta Retail Live

What language is the game client set to? Eng

Describe the bug Soulbound equipment is being placed under the 'System > Equipment' category instead of 'System > Equipment (Souldbound)'. The problem appears to be intermittent as sometimes everything will sit it it's correct categories and oft-times the Cleanup button will resolve the issue (but mostly it will not).

To Reproduce Unable to reliably reproduce. Seems to happen more after logging on for the first time and the issue will sometimes be fixed by pressing Cleanup.

could you turn of all other mods and confirm if it still happens or not

I know this is an old bug report but I'm getting it today. As you asked I turned off all other mods and soulbound category is working as it should. I then re-enabled all my addons and the bug is not there. So strange! Anyway, let me know if you want any other check done.
