[BUG] Category Sets - not applied during addon initialization

What version number you are using? 3.10.12

What game client are you playing? Retail, Wrath, Classic / Live, PTR, Beta Retail

What language is the game client set to? EN

Describe the bug This is probably related to ...... https://github.com/arkayenro/arkinventory/issues/1711 (btw thank you for fix this issue)

Version 3.10.12 and 3.10.12 alpha 1 workes better in context with issue 1711. But Category Sets still have problems during initialization of ArkInventory. After login or reload UI, Category Sets are not aplicated to items and Refresh button not helping.

Last worked version, where addon initialization worked OK is 3.10.09.
