[BUG] Inventory not updating at all. App doesn't work at all

What version number you are using? 3.10.10

What game client are you playing? Retail, Wrath, Classic / Live, PTR, Beta Wrath

What language is the game client set to? English

Describe the bug When inventory changes, such as creating an item, opening someting, etc. the inventory will not reflect those changes. It also will not allow you to move items or do anything that you can see

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour, if possible: Try to change anything in inventory. I also tried disabling all other apps except this one and it still did it.
