[BUG] Doesn't recognise when you equip reagent bag.

What version number you are using? 3.10.09

What game client are you playing? Retail, Burning Crusade, Classic / Live, PTR, Beta Retail

What language is the game client set to? English

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. I received a reagent bag as a quest reward - the tutorial mode had a pop-over to tell me to equip the bag. I couldn't get it to recognise that I had equipped the bag until I turned off Ark Inventory. Reloading UI didn't resolve the issue. It immediately recognised the bag as equipped when I reloaded with AI turned off, then turned it back on again. No LUA errors.
