Enhancement for Belgian version (postnl.be)

Is it possible to add a "region" enhancement (f.i.: a dropdown with "The Netherlands" and "Belgium", before redirecting).

Sorry that I didn't respond. Since I am not a Belg. Does PostNL use postnl.be for Belgium?
