doesn't work in Visual Studio 2017 Community

Tried running this in VS Comminity 2017 but the only button that works in the Open Spotify. I don't see any track information or able to use anything else

Spotify closed the local API. This means that the app needs some rework to get all the functionality back. I will put this on my calendar.
