Add Sidebar Design

Add responsive sidebar designs based on bootstrap library and please follow the points stated in Contributing.md .

Hello! I wanna contribute to this project :) Please tell me briefly what exactly is to be done

  1. First of all fork this repo
  2. Then setup the files in your local machine (clone from your repo)
  3. Create a folder sidebar
  4. Create another folder "sidebar -1" inside the previous folder "sidebar"
  5. Inside that folder create one html file which will contain the sidebar build upon bootstrap library and if needed you can add css and js files .

How does this look? This has a toggle button which opens the sidebar and closes it in a sliding fashion.
