Hi @Cumol thanks for pointing out this. Yeah I was slow in updating those documentations. but I will do it in a couple of weeks (our lab has been relocated, so a lot of things are going on right now).

For now, please refer https://github.com/aristoteleo/Scribe-Python-notebooks for details on using Scribe.

Also, please check our new work on extending RNA velocity to full space vector field function: https://github.com/aristoteleo/dynamo-release

Dynamo and Scribe are compatible right now and I am in the process to integrate them to get the most from each other.

Thank your for the quick reply. Do I understand it correctly that the package needs the outputs of RNA velocity for the analysis?
