Resource instance has a different subscription specified (bug)

First, thank you for writing this tool it will save me so much time and effort.
I am trying to move all resources in one subscription/resource-group to another subscription/resource-group. I ran into a very odd bug when I attempt to do this. I am getting an error on the subscription id for the tfstate storage account.

Error: resource instance `azurerm_storage_container.example` has a different subscription specified, 
unable to start moving. Resource instance subscription ID: tricolorphenxdevtx.blob.core.windows.net

note: that the instance subscription id isn't even a valid subscription id.

This issue is just with the error messages. It is clear I did supply the wrong subscription id but the error message is what threw me for a loop.
