[BUG] Ctrl+[ should also act as Esc

Ctrl+[ should also act as Esc. This behavior works in btop++ but not in btop4win.

To Reproduce

1. Open btop4win
2. Press Ctrl+[ and nothing happens

Expected behavior

It should also act as Esc
