btop.exe getting flagged by virustotal

After running btop4win++ on powershell, virustotal marked btop.exe as malware. Is this a false positive?

EDIT: apparently the file flagged 6/78 is the file located under "shims" on scoop. Is this a scoop issue or a btop issue?
