[REQUEST] automatic switching between light/dark theme

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to have two default themes, a light one and a dark one. And bpytop should select between light and dark mode based on the operating system's setting. I don't know which API to use, but it looks like VS Code has this feature at least on Windows and macOS. Don't know about Linux (I guess it's specific to Gnome and KDE).

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently one has to manually set the theme in bpytop's config file.

Additional context Several tools have implemented light mode / dark mode, so I think it would be a concise UX if bpytop follows them.
