I'd like the following:

Could the processes list be colored appropriately to how much memory the process is using? currently the top is just a brighter white (default theme) and the bottom is more grey, but i'm wondering if it could go green -> red like the cpu graph on the top proportional to memory consumption.

Sure, could a options in the theme files to have a seperate color gradient for the sorting list. It would however be dependent on what sorting option you are currently using. So for a color gradient representing memory you would have to sort by memory.
