ListTables Todo

I just wanted to check and see if there is a status on the ListTables todo: "TODO: currently this does not support restarting a cutoff query because of size."

If it is a lower priority, is there currently a way around this, such as list tables that have prefix X?

It doesn't look like there is currently a way to do that, but I think we'd be happy to take pull requests on this.

(Probably this was not implemented because the people implementing it don't have many tables.)
