Doc: Media & Entertainment L3LS example

We need a complete example focusing on Media & Entertainment customers.

• No EVPN/VXLAN
• Amber/Blue topology (possibly purple, but let's see)
• PTP
• Multicast
• Integration with CVP/CVaaS

• Complete example with README, configs, playbooks etc. for M&E customers

Hello Team, Heads up. While valid ptp commands will be accepted by either vEOS/cEOS switches, none of the ptp related protocol exchange would work. I verified this for all supported ptp transport. This was called out on this https://rfe/bug608393.
