update kickthemout install and execute with python3

kickthemout needs to executed with python3 to work and the install through lazyscript needs to install python3 dependencies.

Good point! I used that because the original GitHub repo has it in its install instruction. Since the -H might cause issues and since I don't know what it does I just removed it.
