anonsurf doesn't work

after activating anonsurf service, my internet doesn't work. Can't see my IP, can't browse... How to fix it?

I have had the same issue in the past but it's been a long time. I am not closing this issue in case someone helps you.

I have same problem , Iam Star anonsurf and don't work, the fail to connect, a read how to fix , but istil remaing
