I can't see any obvious link to them.

Those ones are pretty outdated. At some point I'm going to move them into readthedocs.

That would be great. It's a bit difficult to recommend people to use a project that doesn't have API docs!

anyone know if readthedocs supports doing arbitrary builds in arbitrary docker containers? I'd like to be able to generate ddoc/ddox/whatever as part of my readthedocs build.
