Capitalization

Hello!

Whenever I see my preferred name it's always in all caps despite manually putting it in lowercase. Please fix this as it brings attention to the name!! Thank you.

Hey @mrv0722 ! Deadname Remover uses a case matching system, so the name pre-replacement is likely all capitalized. Would you be able to confirm this by disabling the extension and confirming that the deadname is all caps before being replaced?

I can consider adding a toggle for the case match feature, where the capitalization is preserved from how you enter it into Deadname Remover if that's something that would be helpful.

Let me know, thanks!

Hello!!

The deadname is not capitalized and neither is the replacement name :'( And think the idea of a toggle would be very helpful! Thank you

Hmmm @mrv0722 just making sure I got it right, on the website where the deadname is being replaced, it's lowercase when the extension is turned off but converts to all caps when the extension is enabled? Thanks!

Just checking in again; thanks @mrv0722 ! Little lost on this one and want to make sure I understand correctly as the logic for this portion of the extension is pretty straightforward
