Exclusion for family names

Hi! There is a bit of an inconvenient side-effect of the last name replacement. Whenever I see my father with his last name anywhere, it changes his last name to mine. I very much do not want this, it makes my last name feel associated with him... Maybe some options for this could be added? I can get that sometimes a last name alone should be replaced, but if a user does not expect this to happen I think there should be an option in the settings like two toggles for "Check that first deadname is nearby before replacing last deadname" or "Replace standalone last deadname". I think it could really improve the program! I'd add it myself but I'm not familiar with JavaScript.
