Support for names with diacritics

My dead name is sometimes written with an acute diacritic (é), and even though I have specified that variant in the dead name list, it isn't replaced by the program. I believe this might be related to the acceptableCharacters string in inject.ts. Letters with diacritics and letters in languages other than English should be supported as well.
