Name Swap Also Works In Reverse

I signed an email with my new name with the extension on. When I turned off the extension, it had my old name written in the signature. Is this just a display bug, or did it actually cause me to send an email with the wrong name?

That's strange... I'm having trouble replicating your issue. It shouldn't have any influence if you type your chosen name. If, however, you type your deadname, turn the extension on (changing to chosen name), and then turn the extension off, it'll change it back to your deadname. From what I can tell as well, it doesn't change text you've typed.
