Readme out of date?

The current Readme.md tells me to

For instructions and demo go to http://responsiveslides.com/, or download this repository as a zip file and and open "index.html" from the "example" folder.

So this is out of date with the current version, which has no 'example' folder in the zip file and no index.html in the 'demo' folder either.

Also "and and".
