Mutiple tracks start playing at the same time, if we don't let the first one stop.

I have added many tracks to the playlist. Then when I click on a track and while it is loading, if I click on another track, other track starts playing after loading. But when the first track finishes loading, it also starts in the background, how can I prevent that.
