Dark theme for left menu and settings

I know that TwistyTimer has an ability to change the color of the main view, however, the left menu and the settings dialog is always light. Android 9 introduced system-wide dark theme and on that Android version the app could allow to use it (for menus and settings) - to do not glared at night :).

In the majority of apps which support that, it is: use dark, use light, use system theme.

Tested with 4.6.4 from Google Play. And thanks for the very useful and FOSS app!
