Feature request: Multiple penalties

Not often but sometimes it can happen that you come over the inspection time (so automatically you get a +2, excellent feature) and at the end the puzzle is rotated in one layer. So according to WCA rules you would get +2 and +2 = +4. This is not possible.

Theoretically I think you could get also a third +2 for not starting the timer with flat hands and also a fourth +2 for not stopping the timer with flat hands but I think this not relevant if you us a smartphone timer. It is not a competition!
