Decide on a namespace / module name

Before others can help, having a basic project standard might be nice. I was thinking of making an equivalent to the dom collection as an easy thing to knock out.

Yes I will set up some scaffolding this monday when I've got a laptop :).

Was just thinking of "Hom" as the toplevel namespace. So "Hom.Dom" would do I guess. (and it sounds nice as well. hehe)
