Android Client Needs Character Select Button

Now that the website's menu is hidden for WebView, the Android needs a button to direct to character select page.

🔬 Motivation

The reason is because if user visits a page such as the atlas from the application menu there is no way to log back in without going back to the title screen.

The easy solution is to add a link to the character page, if the menu is hidden.

The webclient does have a simple character selector, but it is not displaying the outfits, yet.

And we have a related issue: login via external accounts does not work.
