Change your e-mail address to the same one

🐞 Describe the bug

When you try to change your e-mail address to your active e-mail, address is not added to the history again, but a mail with confirmation link is sent to the address.

🔥 How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Hover over the place with your username on the right side of a menu.
3. Click on "Mail address".
4. Click on field with email.
5. Write the e-mail which is on the top of a history list.
6. Click "Save" button.
7. Log in to your e-mail and find message from Stendhal.
