Creating account with the same password and username.

🐞 Describe the bug

There is a possibility to create an account with the same password and account name. If you have created account and you try to make your password to be the same as your username, then you get this information: "Your password must not be your username."

🔥 How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to registry panel.
2. Write your username in "account name" field
3. In password fields write your username.
4. Your account is created.
