Can No Longer Close Entity Chat Bubbles with Click

🐞 Describe the bug

Before changing to chat bubbles that follow entity movement, bubbles could be closed by clicking on them.

I tested reverting the following commits to restore the behavior. So the fix is somewhere in them.

I believe web client has never had this behavior, but it should probably be added.
