Color Selector Checkboxes Checked in Outfit Dialog Even when Layer Colors not Set

🐞 Describe the bug

When opening the outfit dialog on the webclient, color selector checkboxes are checked even when outfit layer colors are not currently set.

Edit: Should also note that the colors selected, if they were previously set, are the same values. If it was not previously set, it appears to use a default/lowest value. In the screenshot, I had previously set hair & dress colors, then unset them. When I re-opened dialog, their values were the same as the previously set ones. Skin & eyes color were not previously set.

🔥 How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure no layer colors are set for player outfit.
2. Open outfit dialog.
3. Note that all color selector checkboxes are checked.
