Extended keyring not active/visible
🐞 Describe the bug
I just noticed, that my keyring looks as if I was still missing the Quest "Lost Engagement Ring". But I have done it. See screenshot.
This is not the case in general. I have already seen my extended keyring on a different computer, and all 12 slots are used! The problem only shows up on this computer so far.

That is really strange that it shows up differently on a different computer. Is the problem the same if you log in with the web client?
Edit: I have a issue where the keyring sometimes looked squished when I first log in. I have to click on it to get it to expand. But this looks like it might be unrelated to that.
Also, do you know if the different computers are using the same Java version?

I can check the version later, but they are definitely differing. Other computer is Windows 10. ;o)
On Windows 10 and Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_141-b15) my keyring is looking fine:
I suppose that it is persistent. I have no cause to believe it is not. But neither have I been at the mentioned computer since, nor access to it now to verify this.
I wonder if it could be a problem with the updater, though I'm not sure how to test it. You could try re-downloading the latest version of the client.
I tried downloading some old versions of the client & letting it update, but I still haven't been able to reproduce the problem. But there has been at least one other person reporting the same issue.
- Are there any errors in stendhal.txt or the terminal?
- A screenshot without the travel log window might be helpful
