MVP for every release

Motivation

A lot of open source projects select one or two MVPs for every release with awarding an according badge and a blog post which mentions the selected MVPs. Thus boosts the contribution generally and also thanks the contributors for their free time.

Usage example

For every release the community can suggest MVPs and upvote these. After some time the voting is closed and the votes are counted.
