the n64 mouse just gets interpereted as a 3d joystick with the mouse clicks being a and b. you shouldnt need to purchase one to impliment it.
idk what this entails but theres also the "modern n64 sdk" which includes the entirety of libultra. the legality is murky at best.
why not just do ``sMeleeWeaponLengthPos0`` then explain its from the tip in a comment
