Support for Raspberry PI 4

I tried with RPI 4, but U-Boot simply wont start. Screen stays black.

We didn't try it with Raspberry Pi 4, and the instruction are little different (I hope you use the rpi_3_32b_defconfig file but rpi_4_defconfig or rpi_4_32b_defconfig )

We are not planning to switch to Pi 4 currently, we use them only for the servers. I'm not sure when I'll have time to test this
