(feature request) option for argospm to update installed models incrementally

If I understand the man page correctly, the argospm update command only catalogs the language pairs on offer, it does not update already installed language pairs. So to update a pair that’s installed, does argospm install have to be run again manually for each pair? And does that then fetch the whole 80mb+ blob? It would be useful if this could be designed to only grab the zip blob the 1st time, and periodically just download the diffs (like a git pull on text-based source objects).

I'm planning to have argospm update also upgrade the models
