Add created date to Rollout revision list

Summary

It would be nice to see the date a rollout revision was created in the Rollout detail view.

Use Cases

This would help engineers track down specific revisions when trying to audit and understand revision history.

This could be as simple as a new text label below the revision number:

This was an ask from some of our engineers, submitting here to see if there is interest and if others feel it would add to the UX. If people agree, I'd volunteer to add the text.

I like this addition not sure I love the placement of it, and an on mouse hover over on the revision seems maybe a little un-intuitive but does get the date there. Is there any other data that might be worth while to surface that can give us a way to think about how we could display other data as well?

overall though I am good with this idea.
