Provide Kubernetes version compatibility matrix

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am preparing for a round of cluster upgrades and I'm trying to understand what Kubernetes versions (1.27+) Argo Events supports.

Describe the solution you'd like A table like the one provided by Argo Workflows, clearly stating AE vs k8s version compatibility.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
