Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Now affinity is supported for high availability, but topology-spread-constraints are also available in Kubernetes. https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/scheduling-eviction/topology-spread-constraints/

Describe the solution you'd like Support topology-spread-constraints.
