Refine e2e tests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. E2E testing only covers calendar event source and log trigger.

Describe the solution you'd like Need more e2e coverage on other eventsources and triggers.

It might be good to break this into smaller issue, e.g. one per type of event source or sensor.
